Keep Your Space Tidy and Neat

We all like to walk into a home that is clean and tidy, but it's not easy to keep it that way all the time while your daily schedule is full already. But if you can spare 15 minutes a day, think of it as part of your exercise or 'alone-time' ritual, then you can keep your home tidy and clean ALL THE TIME by devoting 15 minutes A DAY by following the basic rules.

1. Set the Timer to 15 Minutes. STOP at 15 minutes.
2. Have your cleaning supply in ONE basket (or organizer)
3. Pick An area or Areas EACH DAY, you can have them laid out as a schedule (for example, Day 1: Kitchen, Day 2: Bathroom, Day 3: Living Room ....) or just pick your target area(s) that day.
4. Key for picking an area, make sure it's POSSIBLE to finish cleaning in 15 Minutes, if the area is really large, then you can separate out the duties. (for example: Day 1: vacuum only, Day 2: Clean the counter and cabinet surface area)
5. Be consistent and don't give up! It depends on the condition of your home, it may take one week or weeks to see the results, but you will find that you become very efficient in cleaning in 15 minutes. The beauty of setting the timing for 15 minutes is you WANT to finish the area(s) that you intend to finish cleaning that day, so you will be pleasant surprised how much you can get done in just 15 Minutes!
Good Luck and let us know how you like the method.

Relax and Enjoy a Cut of Tea

Every day around 3pm, my mind starting to wonder off, imagine the delicious afternoon snack with a cup of tea.
In your work place or at home, you should take 15 minutes time out from the busy schedule and enjoy your life by having an afternoon tea ritual. Here we collected some afternoon tea dessert ideas. Enjoy!
The key to have a pleasant and healthier afternoon tea choice is to plan ahead so you don't grab the first junk food that is available for you.

Walk One Mile

We all know walking is good for you, but we can never find time to do it. Now, there is a way to make it simple and you can check it off your list every day.
Prime time that you can walk,
(1) First thing in the morning - get up a little bit earlier, walk 15 minutes in moderate speed.
(2) During your lunch Break - take a shorter lunch then after lunch, go out and take a walk around the building or inside the building (if you have access to a large indoor facility). You can time yourself for 15 minutes or count steps (about 2250) or use fitbit type of tool to help you keeping track.
(4) After Dinner - this is my favorite, my stomach doesn't like it when I ate too much which happened quite often during dinner time. But every time I walk after dinner, it feels really good!

You can walk with your friend(s) or walk alone, because 15 minutes goes by very fast, but if you can do it everyday, it would give you a jump start. If you do walk alone, make sure it's a safe area and you are well protected (dress warm or cool depends on the seasons). If the weather is not ideal for walking, you can walk at home. This probably won't give you the same result, as the movement of propel forward requires more energy and produce better outcome. To solve the problem, find a bigger area in the house, and move up and down a few steps. while you are moving, make sure your arms are moving too (you can swing up and down).
