Play Piano

Playing an instrument is a great way to improve your mood and keep your brain sharp. Even though it
is quite hard to master playing pianos, you can get started and play beautiful tunes within days!

(2) Split Concentration: play with both hands, read music at the same time encourage multi-tasking
(3) Prevent Memory and hearing loss
(4) Improve Math and Counting Skills

Most Piano books are written for children, but I found this book written for Adults to be very helpful. From basic notes to play Fur Elise on page 107. It is very well thought out, my progress wasn't great, but by following the book, I came to learn to read notes, play with both hands and understand basic music theory.
