Anti-Inflammatory Diet

We all know eating healthy is good for you, but there is just not enough time to prepare healthy meals. Lately, my husband is thinking he may have diabetes. I decided to put in the effort to make sure we are on a low carb, low sugar diet. 

Found a book that has lots of great recipes from Amazon called Meals that Heal by Carolyn Williams. This book listed over 100 everyday recipes that serve Anti-Inflammatory Recipes in 30 Minutes or less.

Since I am working full time, preparing healthy food every day is not an easy task. But I am lucky enough to have a job that is a hybrid of remote working, so when I work from home, I am able to spend more time cooking.
