We all know eating healthy is good for you, but there is just not enough time to prepare healthy meals. Lately, my husband is thinking he may have diabetes. I decided to put in the effort to make sure we are on a low carb, low sugar diet.
Since I am working full time, preparing healthy food every day is not an easy task. But I am lucky enough to have a job that is a hybrid of remote working, so when I work from home, I am able to spend more time cooking.
